Alternatively, the installation will have to be removed at the end of its useful life. If a change is to be made, then the Parish and QS4 will seek the advice of the Archdeacon and DAC Secretary as to the degree to which the whole process outlined above has to be re-invoked.

This will depend to some extent on how far the proposed change was anticipated in the original designs and the time lapse since the Grant of Faculty.
