Using the installation drawings and plans and supported by QS4, if required, the PCC will need to hold local consultation meetings.

Following a decision to proceed, the PCC will have to approve a legal agreement (previously established by the Archbishops' Council) and agree rates with QS4.

At the same time, QS4 will agree terms with interested operators for their use of the church installation.

QS4 and the PCC will also apply for planning permission and any other necessary consents and recommendations (from Amenity Societies, for example) at this time.
