When a church is identified as a possible site for installation, QS4 will seek re-assurance that the PCC wishes to proceed.

QS4 will appoint a Project Manager to work closely with the parish's nominated representative to plan for the approvals and installation processes.

A generic Parish Project Handbook has been developed to guide the planning process. Early contact will be made with the secretary of the Diocesan Advisory Committee for the Care of Churches (DAC) for advice and support.

There is then a site visit, to which all relevant interested parties are invited, so that installation issues can be identified and potential acceptable solutions considered.

Following the visit, QS4 will produce detailed installation drawings and plans.
